Uganda Red Cross Society (URCS) is the leading National Humanitarian Organization in Uganda and a member of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement (IFRC). Reports: Director Disaster Risk Management
Location: URCS Headquarters
Duration: One (1) year with possibility of renewal
Job Purpose:
Responsible for supporting the Director Disaster Risk Management by supervising and management of the URCS Emergency Preparedness and Response programming, ensuring the establishment and successful implementation of high-quality programs serving the most vulnerable. He/She will lead the Emergency Preparedness and Response Unit of the National Society as well as coordinating the Uganda Red Cross Society- Government of Uganda project collaboration on Emergency Preparedness and Response
