JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
The Senior Manager HR Business Partnering will serve as a strategic liaison between the HR function and business units, leading a team of HR Business Partners assigned to various departments. This role involves building organizational and people capabilities, as well as shaping and implementing effective people strategies and activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business units to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Lead a team of HR Business Partners to deliver tailored HR solutions to the business.
• Enhance employee engagement and performance through innovative HR initiatives.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and provide expert HR advice to senior management.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Education: Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
o Master’s degree in a business-related field is an added advantage.
• Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in an HR managerial role, preferably in Banking or FMCG sectors.
• Skills:
o Effective communication, leadership, and people management skills.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Proficiency in MS Office tools.
o Good business acumen and report-writing skills.
