Success Africa is a leading Human Resource and Organisational Development (OD) Consultancy firm with its key operations within Uganda, and presence within the region. Our client an International Non-governmental Organisation (INGO) based in Kampala with installations up-country is looking to engage the services of a suitable individual in the position of Senior Manager Human Resource and Administration. Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer(EOE).Thejobincumbent whois expected to commence work on 17/06/2019 will be a member of the Senior Management Team reporting directly to the Country Director. The position will attract a salary that will be commensurate with one’s qualifications and experience.

As the Senior Manager Human Resource and Administration you will provide oversight and leadership to all HR and Administration operations countrywide enabling our Client to deliver on her Priority Plan (PP). You will champion all initiatives related to recruitment, on-boarding, retention, training and development, compensation, compliance, employee relations, IT and security management, among other roles and responsibilities as detailed on the Success Africa www.success-africa.com/jobs

Qualifications and work experience
• Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology , Business Administration [Human Resources option), or related degree is required
• Bachelors degree in SWASA, Business psychology or Human Resources
• 5 years of progressive experience managing HR operations is required
• Experience working with ERP systems is required
• Experience working with a large INGO is an added advantage
• Paid up member of the Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda (HRMAU] is an added advantage
