Position: Senior Plumbing Supervisor
Reports To: Head of Project Support Unit
Job Profile
• Managing the plumbing department and equipment
• Coordinating the procurement of plumbing materials and accessories in liaison with the procurement department.
• Supervising and monitoring of plumbing sub-contractors at sites ‘
• Preparing, maintaining and updating a plumbing policy for the company
• Interpretation of plumbing/ mechanical drawings & implementation of the works at site
• Implementing the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015,
• Any other tasks assigned by his supervisor.
Requirements
• A Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline with a bias in plumbing and water works.
• A higher diploma in Plumbing is also acceptable.
• Registration with a professional body is an added advantage.
• Skills & Trainings (Auto CAD,“Ms excel & Ms word, ability to interpret technical drawings, pay attention to detailand should possess good communicationand leadership skills) '
• Experience
• Minimum of 5 years in busy construction company or consultancy firm.
