Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing complex real estate projects from inception to completion.
• Developing and implementing project plans and timelines.
• Coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.
• Managing project budgets and resources.
• Ensuring project quality and compliance with standards.
• Identifying and addressing project risks and challenges.
• Communicating project progress and status to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• 16 years of total experience in project management, with at least 10 years in real estate construction.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
