Job Summary:
Monitor the implementation of public relations and media strategies, and programs to promote brand visibility, and a corporate image in line with UBOS corporate objectives.

Minimum requirements Qualifications
• A Post-Graduate qualification Diploma in Journalism, media studies, film studies, videography, photography, public relations, customer care, publishing, information science, librarianship or archival science is an added advantage An honors degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, and Media 24 Studies.
• Professional Membership
• Professional qualification in communications.

Experience
• At least 3 years working experience at Officer level.

Skills and Behavioral attributes
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills with a good command of English Language.
• Excellent knowledge of Public Relations principles and guidelines Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, use of digital media for mass communication purposes
• Ability to work independently and with strong organizational and planning skills.
• Negotiation and Influencing skills
• Demonstrated high morals and personal integrity. Analytical and Report writing skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively when managing competing priorities.
• High level of confidentiality and maturity
