JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
Responsible and manage the team for estimating, measurements, project budgeting, and contract administration of all Tilenga Projects

Duties & Responsibilities
Financial Controls
• Work with the Project team to analyze the design planning of projects and prepare cashflow and costs forecasts,
• Preparation of Variations,
• Preparation of Monthly Payment applications,
• Taking measurements of work done for the monthly payments.
• Managing subcontractor contracts in terms of claims, payments, and deliverables,
• Cooperate with the Planning area in preparing to budget as well as support the monthly economic updates and execution of production reports.
• Execute the full process of internal production control.

Contract Administration
• Support project risk management functions including timely notifications.
• Drafting of contractual correspondences,
• Review design and identify opportunities and risks,
• Review and monitoring of correspondence, payments, Requests for Inspection, Technical Queries, etc.
• Attend and prepare records and follow up on issues of site and ad-hoc meetings.
• Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of progress,
• Keeping track of project documentation and following up on contractual actions,

Others
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
• Degree in Quantity Surveying with CAP or in any related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in Civil Construction and public works.
• Good knowledge of planning using the software of Primavera P6 is a Must.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Solid knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Analysis and Problem-Solving.
• Teamwork.
• Mobility availability.”
• Ability to perform complex surveying computations and solve drainage and related surveying problems.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
