JOB DETAILS:
CORE FUNCTIONS
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to trucks and generators.
• Create and maintain regular reports on service operations, customer feedback, and performance metrics
• Plan and coordinate service schedules for technicians.
• Provide real-time verbal translation during meetings, conferences, and phone calls.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Relevant Academic qualifications.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages.
• Knowledge of machinery, specifically trucks and generators, is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
