JOB DETAILS:
Our client is seeking an organized and result-oriented candidate, the Shift In -charge will be responsible for overseeing the efficiency and performance of the machinery team. This role involves monitoring machine operations, analyzing performance data, and making recommendations for improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machinery operations such as Starkson machine. The ideal candidate would have to have acquainted and worked with machines that specialize in extrusion, weaving, printing and sewing and sticking machines and be proactive in identifying areas for optimization. The Shift in-Charge will report directly to the production manager

Duties and Responsibilities for Shift in Charge
• Ensuring that every shift program/ schedule is availed before start of every shift.
• Distrubuting and utilization of manpower evenly as per the production manager’s instructions.
• Ensuring that production targets are maintained all through the shift by signing on each hour in production for respective departments.
• Availing all production reports to the production manager after each production cycle and at the end of each shift.
• Verification of all plant reports before submission to the production manager.
• Enforcing all plant protocols i.e., discipline, operational & safety throughout the shifts.
• Following appropriate SOP actions on all issues or challenges faced to remedy the respective issues permanently.

Requirements:
• Diploma in mechanical engineering or an equivalent
• 2 years working experience in extrusion, weaving, printing and sewing and sticking machines
• Ability to learn easy and adapt
• Experience working and managing large teams
• Ability to communicate and be accountable

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Associate Degree
