Job description
Joining Enabel as an SBCC field Officer, you will be directly reporting to the Project Manager and you will perform the following key tasks;
• You contribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual SBCC work plans.
• You lead the implementation of SBCC work plans in the region of operation.
• Together with the District Community Development Office, you lead the pretesting of SBCC solutions.
• You review the work of grantees and contractors to ensure quality and value for money.
• You contribute to the preparation of technical specifications for SBCC tenders.

Your Profile
Required Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Social and Behavioral Sciences, Social Work or any other related fields.
• A specialised training in Social Behaviour Change Communication is an added advantage.
• At least 3 years proven experience in planning, designing and implementing social behaviour change programmes.
• At least 3 years proven experience in managing and implementing comprehensive, evidence based, community led and context specific SBCC programmes.
• Knowledgeable about community involvement in Social Behaviour Change Communication interventions.
• Experience implementing social behaviour change initiatives especially targeting education or employment issues.
• Knowledgeable about change theories.
