Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Associate to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across multiple platforms, creating engaging content, and building a strong online presence for our brand towards driving sales and enhanced brand visibility and positioning.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals.
• Create, post and manage engagement of high-quality content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) including text posts, images, infographics, and videos.
• Manage and schedule social media content calendars.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop ads pipelines across the different platforms to drive sales conversion.
• Collaborate with other sales and marketing team members to ensure consistency across al marketing channels.
• Assist with social media advertising initiatives optimizing campaigns to maximize returns on investment.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
• 1-2years of experience in social media marketing or a related field (or demonstrably relevant experience).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication ski ls.
• Creative and strategic thinking with a strong sense of brand voice.
• Proficient in social media management tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with social media analytics a plus.
• Experience with graphic design or video editing a plus.
