Job Summary:

Our client looking for a creative and digitally savvy social media & Content Creator Associate to join their team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for storytelling, a flair for design, and a solid understanding of social media trends. You’ll play a key role in enhancing our brand image and engaging our audiences online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop visual content including graphics, short videos, and photos aligned with the brand’s identity.
  • Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to refine content and posting strategies.
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align content with broader business goals.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and suggest improvements based on analytics.
  • Stay up to date with emerging tools, trends, and platforms in the social media landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
  • Strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Basic photography and video editing skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools is an added advantage. Willingness to travel within Uganda for client visits and market research
