JOB DETAILS:
• Purpose:
To ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable populations, particularly in education, health, and skills development sectors, and to implement safeguarding measures.

• Responsibilities:
o Conduct assessments and provide support to vulnerable individuals in schools, hospitals, and community centers.
o Design and implement safeguarding policies and programs to protect children, adolescents, and at-risk populations.
o Liaise with stakeholders, including local government, healthcare providers, and educational institutions, to enhance safeguarding measures.
o Conduct regular visits to project sites to monitor the effectiveness of safeguarding programs.
o Train staff, volunteers, and community members on safeguarding practices and protocols.
o Maintain a database of safeguarding incidents and ensure proper documentation and reporting.

• Qualifications and Experience:
o Degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Social Administration, or Development Studies.
o Experience working in education, health, and skills development sectors.
o Familiarity with the functionality of schools, hospitals, and hospitality centers.
o Ability to ride a motorcycle (valid riding license required).
