JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
• Draw and implement plans to achieve set Solar yearly BU targets.
• Launch the Sunshine on the market to be a household name riding on the TE brand equity
• Increase the reach of the Sunshine rage wide (across the country) and in depth within the current supply channel
• Proper stock management: ensure no stock out, defective replacement, maintenance of stock in warehouse (recharging) and repair of defective lamps
• Monitor & grow sales systematically
• Monitor the pricing of all solar kits
• Liaise with the RTEs to ensure that all our stations are fully stocked and are versed with product knowledge.
• Manage accounts under the portfolio as per TE expectations: DSO, Over dues, A/C reconciliation.
• Prospect for new Solar business and conduct the necessary due diligence
• Use efficiently and safely all TE tools of trade to achieve the objectives set
• Liaise with the regional Solar coordinator and give monthly updates on what is happening in the affiliate.
• On a monthly basis, report sales out to stations & B2B clients as well as sales to final clients, the same must be reported to head office through a tool that shall be shared.
Candidate profile
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Commerce, or a related Degree from a reputable University
• A professional qualification in marketing is an added advantage
• Minimum of 3years experience working in a similar role
• Experience in sales and marketing experience preferably in a similar industry
• Aggressive, pro-active, growth and result oriented individual with good teamwork and collaboration.
• Should be visionary, articulate, very collaborative with all stakeholder and analytical
