Job Summary:
The position holder is responsible for ensuring the smooth integration of the company’s software with the respective external software, Installation of Application & Databases and ensure the solution meets specifications and functions per customer specific operational workflow for multiple concepts, users, and service models.

Key Responsibilities:
• Installation and configuration of Oracle and other Application & Database solutions which includes.
• Opera/Suite8/Res 3700/Simphony/MC/SUN
• Interfacing of the solutions
• Configuration of the cloud system
• Configuration of the on-premises system
• Database and Application upgrades and migrations
• Training the internal team on the Application setup, use, and integration of the product
• Execution of online and site demos to ensure clients are well trained on and understand the product.
• Create audit reports on system logs.
• Preparing detailed reports regarding product/system activity

Education/Experience Needed:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field.
• Experience with programming language (SQL, Oracle & Java) is an added advantage
• At least 5 years in a similar role
• Ability to think creatively, excellent analytical and organizational skills, time and project management skills

Skills and Abilities Required:
• Familiarity with latest industry trends and innovations
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
