Reporting to: Production Manager
Direct Supervisor: Production Manager
Coordinates closely with: Voyager, Sanitation and Quality Control Dept.
Profile
• Previous experience with catering / hospitality industry minimum of 5 years
• Good knowledge of computer applications: Word and Excel.

Duties and responsibilities
• Liaises with customer service department to ensure that all airline orders are brought in time.
• Ensures that menu specification are adhered to on daily basis as per customer's requirements,
• Ensures that relevant staffs have knowledgeable of menus by training them and keeping records.
• Liaises with Quality Control department to maintain HACCP safety throughout the kitchen
• Participates in menu development and presentation for airlines and projects
• Liaises with sanitation department on hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen
