JOB DETAILS:
Nestled in the serene beauty of Fort Portal, Uganda, Tabebuia Spa and Safari Resort is a haven for relaxation and rejuvenation. To enhance our guests' well-being and provide exceptional spa experiences, we are searching for a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering rejuvenating spa treatments and ensuring an atmosphere of tranquility for our guests. We are seeking an individual with a holistic approach to wellness, exceptional technical skills, and a genuine commitment to enhancing the overall spa experience.

Responsibilities:
Spa Treatments
• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other therapeutic services.
• Tailor treatments to meet the individual needs and preferences of each guest.

Guest Consultation
• Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their wellness goals and any specific health considerations.
• Provide recommendations on suitable treatments and at-home care.

Customer Service
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for spa guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Product Knowledge:
• Stay informed about spa products and services, promoting and upselling additional treatments and retail products when appropriate.
• Assist in maintaining an inventory of spa products and supplies.

Cleanliness and Hygiene:
Adhere to strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment rooms and spa facilities.
Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly sanitized and maintained.

Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other spa team members to ensure a seamless and harmonious guest experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications:
• Certification or diploma in spa therapy or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a reputable spa or wellness center.
• Strong knowledge of various spa treatments and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for promoting health and well-being.
