Based in Kampata: repoitsto the Programs Manager

Job specifications:
To be responsible for, and fully conversant with, Planning and organizing sponsorship procedures and systems, review and implement sponsorship annual plans and budgets, maintain the sponsorship database, liaison and support, supervise, appraise and build capacity of stakeholders and supervisees inline with organizational policies.

Must have;

• Bachelor of Social Work and Social Administration, Development Studies or a relevant field.
• Experience of at least 3 years managing sizeable sponsorship portfolios and children in a reputable organization (whether paid or voluntary)
• Experience managing databases and other computer applications
• A post graduate qualification in M&E or project planning and management is an added advantage
• Experience managing databases and other computer applications.
