BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING
Subject of procurement: Procurement of 1,000 sqms of Office Space for a Period of 'Three Years Procurement Reference number: NLGRB/N-CONS/23-24/00123
The National Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board-allocated funds from Government of Uganda to be used for Procurement of 1,000 sqms of Office Space for three years renewable. The Space should be located within 5km from Ministry of Finance Planning and Economic Development Headquarters.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above non consultancy services.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 as amended 2021, and are open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8am-5pm.
The Bidding Documents in English may be picked by interested bidders on the address below at
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) at or before 11:00 am on 20th June 2024. All bids must be accompanied by a bid securing declaration of and must be valid until 30 October 2024. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(a) at 11:30AM on 20 June 2024 7. (a) The Bidding document(s) shall be inspected and issued at:
