JOB DETAILS:

COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), infield Flow Lines, water intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc. If you are an experienced professional who possesses major project experience gained with an oil and gas operator or top tier contractors, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Description
• Must manage static equipment during construction, and ensure that construction meets the relevant specifications.
• Must deal with static equipment issues and provide guidance during construction.
• Should Guide installation and deal with issues during installation and check the material receipt.
• Must supervise inspection and acceptance of construction, and coordinate to solve issues in acceptance.
• Must Observe the relevant HSSE regulations and safety regulations of the branch and project department
• Must perform dual responsibilities, compile and implement an individual annual safety action plan
• Should supervise the implementation of “5S” management and civilized construction by subcontractors.
• Should implement straight-line responsibility, territorial management and sentient leadership, and practice HSE.
• Responsible for risk identification and evaluation within the business scope, implementing emergency prevention measures and personal safety management.
• Participate in organized HSSE activities, training, emergency drills, etc and complete other HSE work assigned by the leader.

Requirements
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering or any other related majors.
• Must have over 3-year experience in static equipment management.
