About Client:
We are the leading industrial and commercial printing and packaging firm in Uganda, employing over 200 permanent employees and 150 part-time employees. We are a part of a consortium of printing companies in Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda and Angola. The group has over 30 years of experience, having established the first industrial printing press in DR Congo in 1985 and has since been the market leader for industrial and commercial printing in all four countries.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Key handling – Ensure that Stores open in schedule time. Monitor regularly and check store opening register
• Receipts – Receive all incoming goods and check quantity and documents. Check documents, quantity and liaison with quality to check quality of material
• Issue of material – Material issue against proper MRS. Ensure that issued material and quantity is proper against MRS
• Reports – All inward, transfer and stock reports. Keep proper records and reports of all transactions

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Exposure to ERP and basic computer skills like excel, word.
• At least seven years of experience in store management.
• Inventory management skills.
•  Good English language –verbal and written.
• Good team player.
