The Strengthening Business Development Services Spesialist will be in charge of •Developing affordable expert business development services (808) formand medium eneses (BE) up and downstream of agriculture supply chains

The Strengthening Business Development Services Spesialist performs the following tasks:

• Ensuring that non-franciel services for pricuture-besed Bare tored to their needs, thus improving their capacities to operate in an inclusive and resource-efficient manner for men and young
• Analysing the general mente vability of business development services, demand and supply services offered versus capacities, frequency of service delivery location and
• mobility of SOS providers, specific demands of the pastle clenia etc.) and Identitying
• Segmenting the capacities of business development service providers (ranging from community-based teiners to established consultants and consulting companies) to efectively and independenty implement business advisory services and training for instutionally anchor and disseminate innovative BDB epproaches and products in public and praestructures

Management and Condition

Required Qualifications, competences, and experience
Qualifications
• degree or professional qualification in agriculture, agribusiness, economic entrepreneurship, or relevent experience in the fields of Mere Systems Development and Organisational Development

Professional experience
• Five (5) years of progressive professional experience in Business Development capeciting private sector actors and government .
• Working experience with Ugandan ne mines and/or government authors
• Experience in working with monal organos, doo, or consulting compe
• At least five (5) years experience in the development and implementation of business
• Exeperience regarding green economies and green
• Hic understanding of the Rural Development sector
• Excellent overview of Locel Economic Development and private sector development inates in the gender and intention coex

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
