Qualification and Person Specifications

• Applicant should possess a Diploma in Hotel and lnstitutional Catering or its equivalent from a recognized institution
• Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner
•  Good administrative skills
• Negotiation; analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to Coach and mentor others
• Two (2) years of working experience in a Hotel industry
• Good team working skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate the Design of menus, pricing and continuously make
• Necessary improvements for customer satisfaction.
•  Identity customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
• Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership .environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Train/orient staff in their jobs for improved service.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Make daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Manager
  Age limit: 28 — 40 years.
