JOB DETAILS:
Guidelines & Job Description.
• The Supervisor Investigations and General duties will among others perform the following duties and responsibilities: -
• Contacts, qualifies and pursues leads for new and assigned business opportunities.
• Reports customers’ complaints and other feed back to the Head Operations and Investigations and Operations Manager.
• Always keeps Head Operations and Investigations and the General Manager informed on the needs/expectations of customers.
• Participates in the training of guards especially in regard to customer care and public relations.
• Performs any other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
• In the performance of his or her responsibilities and duties is supervised and reports to the Head Operations and Investigations.
• Liaises with the Insurance companies in investigations and reporting incidents that may require compensations as per insured risks.
• Coordinates with Uganda Police Force (UPF)and other security agencies in investigations cases that may arises at sites under company security dispositions,

Personal Specifications:
• Minimum of a diploma in business administration, social science and social works, political science or a related field is required
• A minimum of 3 years experience in a related field
• Persons with previous military experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in customer relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Relevant product and industry knowledge
