Job Title: SUPERVISOR RECORDS MANAGEMENT AND SKILLS
Reports to: Manager Back Office Operations
1. PROFESSIONAL DEGREE / CERTIFICATION: MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Full professional qualification in Accounting or Auditing
• Manages & oversees the bank’s records from a recognized institution plus a minimum of a post-creation and preservation through to disposal. Graduate Diploma in Financial management or Auditing or
• Establishing new records management system; developing, maintaining, verifying and evaluating existing Business Administration from a recognized institution.
• Systems. A member of the recognized Audit body
• Ensuring the financial, legal or administrative

EXPERIENCE
• At least 8 years of Audit experience in regulated Financial that data is protected, classifying and indexing records, Institutions preferably Credit Institution (Tier 2) and above of destroying or archiving finished data/records.
• Which at least 5 years at the level of manager. Providing training to staff who require access of have responsibility for maintaining records in the bank.
3. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Proven working experience as Internal Auditor/ Audit
• Bachelor’s Degree in Library and Information Science or manager
• Related field Proven knowledge of auditing standards, procedures,
• 3laws, rules, regulations, and best practices. Years and above experience in records management in
• A financial institution. Proven knowledge of financial sector regulations and
• Incident management skills including the use of formal industry trends
• Problem solving and decision making techniques. Extensive computer skills including MS Office, advanced
• Proven customer service skills in dealing with clients and Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and Visio.
• Customers both internal and external at all levels. High attention to detail, excellent analytical and planning
• Communication & influencing skills, especially when skills and sound independent judgment
• requiring colleagues to hand over records to use the Knowledge of Accounting, various core banking, HR and system correctly. Payroll applications
• Ability to work in a multidimensional/multicultural setting TO APPLY: and Good communication skills
