JOB DETAILS:
Finance Trust Bank was licensed as a Tier 1 Commercial Bank on 11 November 2013, taking over the financial services business of Uganda Finance Trust Limited (MDI). Today Finance Trust Bank is a fully-fledged commercial bank serving a clientele of over 500,000 depositors and over 37,000 borrowers, through a network of 35 branches countrywide. The bank offers a variety of Products and services including; Savings, Current accounts, Loans, Money transfer services and Bills payments to its target market which comprises of micro, small and medium entrepreneurs, salary earners and youth.

In order to meet the needs of its growing customer base, the company is seeking to recruit dynamic, self-motivated, result oriented professionals to fill the following position;

1. SUPERVISOR WORK PLACE BANKING
This position reports to Manager Retail Banking and will be based at the Head Office.

Role of the job
The Supervisor Work Place Banking will interpret and communicate workplace Banking strategy into implementable short-term steps to support all the segments in personal markets.

Key Result Areas
1. The incumbent will ensure that strategic directive is translated into feasible sales and relationship management support to meet business goals to achieve business objectives across all segments, functional areas and channels.
2. Work place needs identification and advising needs-based solution.
3. Business attraction both Assets and liabilities in a bid to grow the Asset and Deposit book of the bank.
4. Revenue growth from new and existing work place business.
5. Portfolio management to ensure clean asset book and revenue growth.
6. Relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction, customer delight, brand loyalty, customer retention, revenue growth and minimize attrition.
7. Cross selling other bank products and services for revenue growth and increased wallet share.
8. Handle customer service issues and give timely feedback to customer for excellent customer experience.

Minimum qualification requirements and competencies:
• A Business degree in finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, management or any relevant field.
• Relevant Practical training in business growth in the financial services sector
• Must have critical thinking, analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Banking or similar environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly in a professional manner
• Ability to build functioning working relationships across organizational, corporate, and cultural boundaries.
• Takes clear accountability, and focuses on delivery of broader corporate goals.
• Ability to take decisions and progress towards goals in conditions of uncertainty.
• Ability to demonstrate positive image and up hold FTB values.
• Must be a person of integrity.
