PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NO: UCC/SUPLS/22-23/00147
SUPPLY, DELIVERY OF ONE UNIT OF VEHICLE FOR QUALITY OF SERVICE (QoS) MONITORING EQUIPMENT AND COVERAGE SYSTEM FOR TELEVISION AND RADIO BROADCASTING SERVICES
The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) has allocated funds to be used in the effort to promote and safeguard the interests of consumers and operators as regards the quality of communications services and equipmentrespetively.

The Uganda Communications Commission invites sealed bids from eigible bidders for Supply, and Delivery of a double cabin pick up vehicle to be fired with Quality of services (QoS) Monitoring Equipment and Coverage System for Television and Radio Broadcasting services in Uganda.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding a procedure contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all blades

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect bidding documents from Uganda Communications Commission at the address given below or 8(a) from 8.30 hours to 17.00 hours during working days.

The Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Ush$100,000 (Uganda Shillings one Hundred Thousand only) or an equivalent in convertible foreign currency. The method of payment will be by cash to the bank account of Uganda Communications Commission at Stanbic Bank Uganda Ltd. Corporate Branch, Crested Towers, Kampala as follows: ug.Shs A/C No. 9050005759004 and USD A/C No. 9030008068738.

Bids must be delivered to the physical address below at 8(c) at or before 2" August 2023 at 10.00am. Late bias shall be rejected. Bias wil be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(a) at 10.15 am on 2nd August 2023.
There shall be a pre-bid meeting on 19th July 2023 at 11.00am, at UCC House Bugolobi
