Almansoori Petroleum Services Uganda Limited, incorporated on December 9, 2013, is a multi-industry company specializing in the oil and gas sector, with a strong focus on well testing services. Leveraging advanced technology and global expertise, the company delivers precise and reliable well testing solutions to support Uganda’s energy industry.

Purpose of EOI
The EOI aims to evaluate market capacity, capability and to identify potential bidders. Please note, the EOI is solely for market exploration and does not imply any contractual commitment.
Almansoori Petroleum Services Uganda Limited invites EOI from qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of the following services:

1. Light Vehicle Supply

2. Heavy Commercial Vehicle, Cranes & Forklift Supply

3. Inspection, Calibration, Hiring and NDT Services

4. Clearing & Forwarding Services

5. Supply & Delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

6. Provision of Manpower Services

7. Installation, Repair, and Maintenance of Electrical Heat Tracing Systems

8. Supply of maintenance services, filters, and spare parts for CAT generators.

9. Welding, Pipework & Metal Fabrication Services

10. Supply & Delivery of Stationery Items, office supplies, and hand tools

11. Supply & Delivery of Propane Gas Cylinders, Chemicals and Lubricants

12. Supply and delivery of high- and low-pressure fittings, gauges, valves, and hoses.

13. Hazardous and non-hazardous waste management and disposal.

14. Environmental studies and impact assessment

15. Supply and delivery of Ex-rated and non-Ex-rated electrical items

16. Provision of Newspaper Advert Services

Eligibility Criteria:
Interested service providers must meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. Must be registered on the National Supplier Database (NSD) with a valid NSD Certificate.

2. The Company profile or scope of work should match the product/service description indicated on the NSD.

3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing similar services.

4. Demonstrated financial stability and capability to undertake the project.

5. Proven track record of successful service delivery in Uganda or similar regions.

Submission Requirements:
Interested parties are required to submit the following documents:

1. Company profile detailing relevant experience in the requested services.

2. Copies of valid NSD Certificate and other relevant business licenses.

3. Financial statements or proof of financial stability for the last 3 years.

4. List of similar projects/services provided in the past 5 years, including client references.

5. Any other relevant documents supporting your capability to provide the required services.

Submission Guidelines:

1. All bids are to be submitted in soft copy to melshaheli@tg.com

2. Kindly note that only successful bidders shall be contacted.

3. If you do not hear from us within 2 (two) months after the bid submission deadline, consider your bid unsuccessful.

Submission Deadline:
All EOIs must be submitted no later than 1st April 2025 Noon Kampala time (GMT+3).

1. Almansoori Petroleum Services Uganda Limited reserves the right to reject any bid and is not bound to contact the lowest bidder or any other bidder.

2. Any kind of lobbying will lead to automatic disqualification.
