# BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING

## SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOTOR VEHICLES,
LOT 1, 2, 3 & 4 – MNS/SUPLS/2024-2025/00004/02

1. Mandela National Stadium Limited has allocated/received funds from the Government of Uganda to be used for the acquisition of Supply and delivery of Motor vehicles at MNS.

a) Lot 1 (one): Double cabin pick ups
b) Lot 2 (Two): Mini bus Van
c) Lot 3 (Three): Tractor
d) Lot 4 (Four): Football Cart

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.

a) Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
b) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 9:00AM – 4:00PM.
c) Lot 3: UGX: 3,500,000 (Three Million Five Hundred Shillings Only)
d) Lot 4: UGX: 1,000,000 (One Million Shillings Only)
e) Bid securities must be valid until 5th November 2025.
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11:00AM, 16th May 2025.

3. There shall not be a pre-bid meeting

a) Documents may be inspected at Procurement and Disposal Unit
b) Documents will be issued from Procurement and Disposal Unit
c) Bids must be delivered to Procurement and Disposal Unit
d) Address of bid opening: MNS Boardroom

4. The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Only) for each bid on A/C Mandela National Stadium Limited, 01513656734224, DF CU Kireka. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. The method of payment will be by bank deposit.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 11:00 AM, Friday 16th May 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security.

a) Lot 1: UGX: 7,500,000 (Seven Million Five Hundred Shillings Only)
b) Lot 2: UGX: 2,000,000 (Two Million Shillings Only)
c) Lot 3: UGX: 3,500,000 (Three Million Five Hundred Shillings Only)
d) Lot 4: UGX: 1,000,000 (One Million Shillings Only)
e) Bid securities must be valid until 5th November 2025.

Scope of Work for Successful Bidders:

• Supply and deliver high-quality vehicles (double cabin pickups, minibus vans, tractors, and football carts) as per specifications.
• Ensure compliance with vehicle safety and performance standards set by Uganda's transport regulations.
• Provide after-sales support, including warranties and maintenance services where applicable.
• Deliver vehicles within the agreed timeline to support stadium operations.

Requirements for Bidders:
