Supply of Metallic Ballot Boxes (EC/SUPLS/24-25/00396)
Reference is made to the;
a) Tender advert for the above-mentioned procurement that appeared in the New Vision on 7th February, 2025,
b) Pre-bid minutes and
c) Letter from Associated Scale Services Co. Ltd.
This is to inform all Eligible Bidders for the above procurement that:
1. The material of the metallic ballot boxes shall be made from MS Plates of 1.2mm.
2. The coating shall be high gloss paint.
3. The deadline for submission of bids has been extended from 28th February, 2025 at 11:00 am to 5th March, 2025 at 11:00am.
The Bid validity and Bid Security validity dates shall remain unchanged.
All inconveniences are highly regretted
