OPEN NOTICE OF INVITATION TO TENDER
Subject: Supply of Spare parts for AIRD/UNHCR Trucks, Buses, Light vehicles, Generators and Motorcycles for FY 2023/2024
Tender period/Bidding period: 13th July 2023 – 27th July 2023 by 2:00pm.
African Initiatives for Relief and Development (AIRD) is a non-profit making humanitarian and development organization without any political and religious affiliations. AIRD aims at promoting protection, seeking durable solutions and capacity building for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Africa. In Uganda, AIRD is the main logistics partner of UNHCR.

AIRD invites potential bidders to tender for supply of:
Lot 1: Spare parts for Isuzu trucks and buses
Lot 2: Spare parts for Iveco trucks
Lot 3: Spare parts for Volvo trucks
Lot 4: Spare parts for TATA Buses
Lot 5: Spare parts for Mercedes Benz Trucks Lot 8: Spare parts for Toyota land cruiser Lot 7: Spare parts for Generators Lot 8: Spare parts for Motorcycles Lot 9: Spare parts for Tri-cycles
Invitation to Bid document can be picked from AIRD Office in Kampala located on Martyr's Garden Road.Ntinda.

Eligible bidders should have:
• VAT Registration Certificate:
• Valid trading license;
• Company profile with clear memorandum and articles of association and clear company management set up: Form 7/20 certified by URSB (Uganda Registration Services Bureau); Valid Tax Clearance Certificate: PPDA Registration Certificate.
• Qualified Key personnel (CVs and certificates)
• Office location with clear Addresses.
• Dealership certificate with main suppliers/ manufacture if any.
• Relevant Experience in similar services (Contracts and/or LPOs)

Financial/audited books of accounts for 2022. 2021 and 2020
Qualified and interested bidders should collect and submit their bids in sealed envelopes to AIRD Office in Kampala located at Martyrs Garden Road, Ntinda within the period indicated above.

Bid Submission mode: Two stage envelope method will be used where bidders are expected to submit two envelopes separately, one envelope containing technical bid and the second envelope containing financial bid which shall clearly be labeled "TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL BID" Respectively. Bid opening: Submitted bids shall be opened on 27th July 2023 by 2:00pm at AIRD Office in Kampala, located at Martyrs Garden Road, Ntinda.

Note: Bidders are encouraged to apply and any inquiry concerning the bidding should be addressed in writing to the aforementioned address or by email to: procurement@airdinternational.org The Organization reserves the right to partially or totally cancel the bids in the event of identification of better options without notice.
