UMOJA MICROFINANCE SMC LIMITED invites competent and experienced local firms to express their interest in the supply of the following services for its proposed construction project in Kampala, i.e.

a) Category No.1: Supply of Labour and Attendant Equipment; and

b) Category No.2: Supply of Construction Materials.

PROJECT SCOPE

The proposed construction project scope includes: -

✓ A 4-story mixed use block

✓ A 2-story mixed use block

✓ A wall fence with gate re-location

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

✓ Relevant experience in execution of similar construction projects

✓ Annual turnover of UGX 350m (Category No.1), UGX 50m (Category No.2)

✓ Health, safety, and environmental certifications and related policies

✓ Quality management system certification

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

✓ Company profile

✓ Certified company licenses

✓ Proof of registration with URA

✓ List of similar projects

✓ Curriculum vitae for key personnel

✓ Latest financial statements

✓ Evidence of payment fee of UGX 300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand Uganda Shillings) with evidence of payment being made as per the details herein below:
