National Water & Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) has allocated funds within its annual budget to be used for the acquisition of the supplies below:
NWSC therefore invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Procurement Methods in the table above and procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act Cap. 205 of the Government of Uganda. This invitation is open to all eligible bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on working days. The bid notice is also available at the following websites: www.nwsc.co.ug.
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as specified above. Bidders are advised to collect the document from the address below at 8(a) after payment. Bidding documents will be issued upon presentation of proof of payment. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(b) by the procurement deadline stated in the table above. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.
