Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will play a vital role in conducting surveys, measurements, and data collection to support various construction and engineering projects. Your expertise in surveying techniques and equipment will be essential in ensuring accurate and reliable data for project planning, design, and execution.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct land surveys using various surveying techniques and equipment, including total stations, GPS, and levels.
• Prepare survey plans, maps, and related documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret survey data, including measurements, coordinates, and other relevant information.
• Assist in establishing survey control points and reference markers for construction projects.
• Conduct topographic surveys to determine the existing features and contours of the land.
• Perform boundary surveys and land parcel identification, adhering to legal and cadastral requirements.
• Assist in setting out and staking construction points, ensuring accurate and precise positioning of structures, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide surveying support during project planning and design stages.
• Conduct as-built surveys to verify the accuracy and completeness of constructed elements.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Surveying or equivalent.
Must hold a valid practicing license for the year 2023 issued by the surveyors registration board.

Skills and Competencies:
• Proficiency in surveying techniques, equipment, and software, including total stations, GPS, and CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, methods, and procedures.
• Experience in conducting various types of surveys, including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction staking.
• Familiarity with surveying regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Ability to interpret engineering and architectural plans, maps, and technical documents.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for accurate data collection and analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in surveying measurements and calculations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple surveying tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Commitment to safety protocols and practices in surveying activities.
