About the role
The Swap Station Attendant is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day execution of battery swap and battery recharge services and equipment at all swap stations which keep the customers on the road.
Each swap Station Attendant will be responsible for delivering unparalleled service to our customers and continue to assist in optimizing day-to-day service delivery systems.

This role will report to the Swap Station Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Service – The Swap Station Attendant in the face of the company to customers and will always provide excellent customer service.
• Battery Swapping - When a customer visits the charging station, the swapping Station Attendant removes the depleted battery and replaces it quickly with a fresh one. This position will also manage data collection and payments through the mobile app.
• Battery Charging - The swapping Station Attendant manages the station’s inventory of batteries, keeping a stock of fresh batteries ready for use and ensuring all batteries are charging efficiently.
• Station Performance – The swapping Station Attendant is the front line in ensuring that all station supplies and equipment are operating at peak efficiency and reporting maintenance requests as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Swap Station Manager

Minimum requirements
• Physical work – a successful candidate must be able to be on their feet during the day and physically fit.
• Women especially encouraged to apply.
• Good command of spoken English and any local language.
• Able to diligently follow processes.
• Good people skills and customer-service oriented.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Humility / Flexibility. This is a start-up company with a fast-paced environment. Job duties may evolve quickly.
• Experience with shift work as the swap charging stations operate 24/7.
• Education Requirement: At least UACE Certificate
• Job Experience: 0 – 6 months experience
