Job Summary: The Full Stack Design and Developer shall work will other team members on various assignments to build efficient programs and systems for our various clients

Duties and Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the Full Stack Design and System Developer shall include the following:
• Analyze user requirements and convert requirements to design documents.
• Design algorithms and flowcharts.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
• Design and develop end-to-end Android and iOS applications based on specific need.
• Verify and deploy programs and systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
• Architect and engineer backend cloud infrastructure.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback.
• Design user interactions on the web application itself.
• Creating servers and databases for the back end of the software.
• Ensuring cross-platform compatibility and optimization.
• Testing and maintaining the responsive design of applications.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs.
• Developing APIs and RESTful services.
• Analyse reported bugs and improvement suggestions while optimizing application performance.
• Design and development of company Graphics and features.
• Maintain and update company web and social media platforms with relevant content.
• Recommend and execute improvements.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.
• Prepare bids and concept notes.
• Any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification and Requirements;
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least three (3) years’ experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role.
• Must possess Cloud certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
• Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git).
• Demonstrated and extensive experience in iOS programming for iPhone, iPad, MacOS, Apple Watch and Apple TV.
• Demonstrated and extensive experience with Android programming.
• Cross mobile app development with React Native and Flutter.
• Demonstrated and extensive experience in web development including the remaining full-stack tech like HTML, JS, CSS, SQL Database, Firebase and many others.
• Demonstrated and solid experience with cloud Technologies like Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Firebase and Salesforce.
• Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Experience in graphic design using software like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Corel Draw.
• Experience and interest in Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Augmented Reality, Database, Cryptography, Computer Vision, Scientific Computing.
• Experience in development Project supporting tools with Git, CocoaPods, Carthage, TestFlight, Jira, TDD, CircleCI, Fastlane, Loggly, MITM Proxy, ElectricIMP, AppFigures, Flurry, Firebase Analytics,
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
