Job Description
To implement adequate Credit Risk controls for complex business entities, across our main business streams inclusive of Business and Commercial Banking, Personal Private Banking & Corporate & Investment Banking specifically focusing on risks encountered in the post-credit granting stage of the lending process by ensuring the appropriateness, applicability, consistency, validity, and enforceability of all collateral and confirming that collateral are in legal order and properly housed, to secure assets in order to mitigate risks.

Experience Required

Risk & Corporate Affairs
• 1-2 years
• Experience with home loans and lending will be beneficial in this role. Preferable to have banking experience, particularly pertaining to banking processes with regard to collateral documentation and the operation thereof.

• Personal and Business banking will provide holistic exposure regarding credit risks, lending and associated collateral. Preferable to have banking experience, particularly pertaining to banking processes with regard to collateral documentation and the operation thereof.
• 3-4 years
• Understand the bank's products & facilities, terms, & the associated terms & conditions in the facility life cycle to ensure that legal risk is effectively restricted. Knowledge of legislative requirements, such as credit agreements, loan documentation, & the variety of lending mechanisms & types of collateral that may be used.
