About the Company
A consultancy company involved Public Health and Social Risk Management programs is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and goal-oriented Team Leader to oversee the planning, management, and coordination of the project.

Job Purpose
Provide project leadership by planning and overseeing the project within the organization, from the initial ideation through to completion. To coordinate people and processes to deliver on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives. To act as a point of liaison between the project team and senior management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Producing long- and short-term work plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
• Making high level presentations to stakeholders like Client, Ministry of Health among others.
• Producing high quality reports in line with the expected standards i.e., weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports.
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
• Carry out Performance Appraisals for the project team.
• Manage relationships amongst stakeholders by building confidence and trust with clear professional communications and assured expectation management.

Qualifications:
• Master’s in Public Health, Social or Behavioral Sciences, Health, or other related fields is required.
• Additional formal training in Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in health/public health, and/or in health/public health organizations, of which at least three years of experience in project management and related roles.
