JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Serve on the senior management team,
• overseeing technical implementation and facilitating timely completion of activities and deliverables to ensure they align with the MHS's work plan and budget.
• Achieves marketing and sales operational
• objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to
• strategic plans and reviews.
• Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
• Set targets and supervise performance for all field service Representatives.
• Ensure field service Engineers are well trained on every piece of equipment.
• Develop service contracts for all the clients in need.
• Oversee all equipment installations and preventive maintenance performed by Field Service Engineers.
• Execute new technical integrations to support related activities.
• Assist and support technicians in executing projects.
• Develop Technical reports to different stakeholders in the line of business.
• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

Qualifications and Experience:
• A degree in a relevant Engineering field.
• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum of five years of experience on the same role leading and overseeing technical program implementation, including health supply chain activities such as commodity management, warehousing and storage, Medical sector or management information systems.
• Record of effective leadership in senior management positions and ability to create and support a culture of promoting inclusivity, learning, and delivering results.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor performance against key performance indicators.
• Demonstrated ability to build the capacity of staff as a manager.
