We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to contribute in generating sales for the company. The candidates will be responsible for closing sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Tele-selling : Calling our existing customers to upgrade them to Televisions and other products which the company has to offer
• Conversation objectives: Responsible on ensuring the campaign achieves its conversions and objectives
• Quality objectives: To ensure the quality of calling adheres to set quality standards
• Talk time objectives: To adhere to expected talk time benchmarks to maximize productivity
Incumbent Requirements
• Any Certificate or Diploma preferably Required Skills:
• BPO Industry , captive call centre industry experience
• Sales skills and excellent communication skills
• Excellent persuasive and convincing skills, result oriented and self driven
• Exceptional work ethic and integrity
