Action Against Hunger (ACF-USA) Uganda invites bids from eligible bidders for prequalification of suppliers/service providers under framework agreement (2025-2027) for the following categories:

UG.TEND.002 PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT ACTION AGAINST HUNGER (ACF-USA) UGANDA HEAD OFFICES AND FIELD OFFICES
UG.TEND.003 PROVISION OF INTERNET SERVICE AT ACTION AGAINST HUNGER (ACF-USA) UGANDA HEAD OFFICES AND FIELD OFFICES.
UG.TEND.004 PROVISION OF HOTEL SERVICES WITHIN KAMPALA
UG.TEND.005 PROVISION OF VEHICLE RENTAL SERVICES & TAXI SERVICES.

Submission of Bids:
All interested bidders shall submit their bids by either by
Hand delivery: Bids are to be submitted in 3- Copies, enclosed in envelopes, marked with the tender number & category description, and shall be delivered to: Action Against Hunger Head Office, Plot 13 Kimera Rd, Ntinda-Kampala.
Or,
Email Submission: Bids are to be submitted through email clearly indicating Tender number & category Description in the subject title and shall be sent to: ACP Uganda Tender;

Deadline for submission of bids shall be on or before Friday 25" October 2024, at 05:00 pm.
Action Against Hunger (ACF-USA) Uganda reserves the right to accept or reject any application in whole or in part and is not bound to give a reason for its decision.
