RE: OPEN LOCAL TENDER FOR MEDICAL GOODS AND CONSUMBLES FOR YOU ARE NOT ALONE PROJECT (ADI) OF 2500000A TO BE THE TELLUAL AGENCY FOR DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2025 FOR CORSU HOSPITAL:

1. The tender is part of the three-year project "You are not alone – inclusive health care for prevention and treatment of visual information" physical disabilities, and mental health (ADI) 0125000059 funded by the Relationship to Development Cooperation led by the American Foundation, the project aims to reduce unsafe mortality in Agapo District, Northern Uganda. By improving the quality of life and social ownership of people with disabilities and prevent further disabilities in collaboration with CoRSU hospital for rehabilitation services.

2. CoRSU Rehabilitation Hospital has allocated funds to the tender for the Procurement of Medicines and Medical Consumables as listed in the statement of requirements.

Interested eligible holders may obtain further information from CoRSU Rehabilitation Hospital and respect the bid documents at the address given below, from 30th June to 16:30 hrs.

3. The Entity now invites statutory qualified leaders to submit against bite for supply of Medical Goods and Consumables to be addressed from the bid document.

The bid documents in English may be purchased by interested holders upon payment of non-refundable fee of UNAS 100,000 (One hundred thousand Uganda shillings only). The method of payment will be cash to CoRSU Accounts Department. The liability document must be revised in person or by representatives of time upon presentation of a payment receipt to the Recognit Procurentmp Department.

4. This procurement process is an open tender procedure and will be conducted in accordance with ASCSPRAQ 2016 procedures.

Bd submissions must be privately delivered to the address below at or before 12.00 hrs on 20th June 2025. Late submissions shall be rejeined.
