JOB DETAILS:
Activities Activities (Detailed KPIs)
• Invoice validations and provide timely input to Finance for payment
• Rental renewal on time and payment
• Contract management for Towerco and own sites
• Complete analysis& validations of managed service costs to ensure contract compliance
• Purchase Orders and Supplier Registrations
• Coordinate the release of Purchase orders to ensure that only approved orders are released
• Review application of the guidelines and make recommendations for improvement
• if any
• Promote and drive delivery of the compliance procedures
• Registration of suppliers as per Supply chain guidelines
• Generate periodic reports on the relevant initiatives to inform decision making and document progress
• Operating expenditure (Opex) Variance analysis versus previous month, previous year and AOP to help management effectively track opex and identify initiatives for corrective actions
• Purchase order management (PR/PO conversion and Open PO monitoring, monthly Open LPO review and sign off).
• Contract monitoring and management
• Develop and implement trackers
• Generate and share monthly/Bi reports including quarterly business review report to relevant stakeholders
• Monthly reporting on Fixed Asset to enable capitalization
• Decision Level Prime: Final Decision-Making authority, accountable to the Management

Education, Training, Skills & Experience Skills critical to the role:

• Strong Analytical and presentation skills

Must have:
• University degree (Finance, Statistics, Supply Chain or similar)
• Professional qualifications in CIPS or CPA/ is added advantage Working Experience:
• Must have:
• 1-2 years working experience especially in Supply Chain, Accounts, Process Compliance, Reporting/Analytic or similar
