JOB DETAILS:
Title: Training Coordinator for Primary Education
Duty Station: Muteesa 1 Primary School-wakiso town
Reports to; Director Bondeko School
Key Roles:
• Identification of training needs and development of training modules
• Quality assurance of education at our pilot school
• Training of selected primary school teachers
• Head Teacher of the pilot school (230 children, 17 staff).

Responsibilities
• together with Co-trainer design and develop training programs
• build the capacity of training
• select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. professional development classes)
• conduct training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
• assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs Gather feedback from trainees after each educational session
• partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design
• maintain updated curriculum database and training records

Requirements: We are looking for a mature person (M/F) with:
• a minimum of five years’ experience in primary education
• a university degree in education (preferably masters)
• good leadership experience and ability to handle complex group dynamics
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• a good understanding of the Primary Education system in Uganda
• eye for details and measurable results
• experience with Cambridge method for mathematics (added advantage)
• a long-term commitment
