JOB DETAILS:
Position Overview:
• As a Training & Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying training needs, designing effective programmes, and measuring the impact of training initiatives, and reports to the Human Resource Manager.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, or a related field Proven experience in designing and delivering trai ng training programmes
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult leaming theories. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
