Position: Training Instructor (Uganda)

Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Female Training Instructor to join our dynamic team. As a Female Training Instructor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs to our security personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and conduct training programs for security personnel with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
• Instruct on a range of security-related topics.
• Adapt training materials to meet the specific needs and learning styles of diverse individuals.
• Foster an inclusive and respectful training environment.

Minimum Requirements and Competencies
• Proven experience as a training instructor in a security-related field.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create and maintain an inclusive training environment.
• Sensitivity to gender-related issues and a commitment to promoting diversity in the workplace.
• Relevant certifications in security training is a plus.
