Sunmaker Oil&Gas Training Institute occupies an area of 3 acres. Based on the international requirements of professional training center, as well as overall planning principles and local laws & regulations, there is a main training base, indoor training sections, outdoor training areas, special driving training ground and student dormitories, and so on, in the training center, as shown in the following diagram.

JOB DETAILS:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and monitor training programs
  
• Supervise technical training for staff
  
• Create training manuals
  
• Provide course development, delivery, evaluation process
  
• Assist with the development of strategic plans.
  

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The ideal candidate for the Training Manager must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  
• At least five years of related work experience
  
•  Previous experience in designing and implementing Training modules/systems
  
• Demonstrate experience developing Various Types of training and curriculum
