Job Purpose/Mission 
Engie Energy Access is looking for dynamic, highly motivated and disciplined Telesales Customer Service Representative with a passion for entrepreneurship, renewable energy, and financial inclusion to join our team. A Tele sales Customer Service Representative is an individual who works under limited supervision and performs duties associated with customer acquisition and onboarding, while ensuring exceptional customer experience above all.

Responsibilities
Pitching Engie products to the target market to ensure growth of customer base.
1. Market the product and generate sales leads.
2. Acquire new customers over the phone.
3. Do top of the class customer onboarding.
4. Educate customers about the product use and installation.
5. Educate customers on how to pay.
6. Interpret the Loan Agreement to the customer and make sure they understand the financial commitment they are taking on.
7. Responsible for all the sales made to increase revenue generation (repayment)
8. Cross/up-selling to existing customers.
9. Provide a positive experience to the customers on all phone interactions regardless of the outcome.
10. Ensure top tier customer experience to achieve high customer satisfaction.
11. Report any (suspected or confirmed) case of fraud or tampering to Engie management.
12. Escalate unresolved issues or questions to the Call Centre team lead on site.
13. Observe standard operating procedures and safety practices.

Product knowledge

1. Learn all product details, specifications, prices, and capabilities to be equipped with all product information.
2. Always provide accurate product information to customers and never oversell or lie to customers about our product capabilities.
3. Should be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the customer finance agreement.
4. Take initiative to continuously improve your product knowledge and soft customer service skills to better serve our customers and develop your career.

Knowledge and skills 
Experience:

1. Conversant with use of computers.
2. Very good interpersonal skills.
3. Should demonstrate both verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to work in teams or independently.
5. Critical thinking skills (ability to think outside the box)
6. Good problem-solving skills (solutions oriented)
7. Good influencing and negotiation skills.
8. Flexibility with ability to work under pressure.
9. Willingness and desire to learn new ideas.
10. Passion for the job - bringing renewable energy to millions of Ugandans.
11. Uphold ENGIE Values, including demonstrating honesty and integrity.
12. Willing to build and grow MySol Customer Base.
13. Must be a quick learner.

Qualifications:
Degree or diploma in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Language(s): 
You must speak Luganda, English and one of the following languages:
1. Luo
2. Lumasaba
3. Runyankore/Rukiga
4. Lutooro/Lunyoro
5. Lusoga
6. Lugbara,Madi, Kakwa
