Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Verification Officer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products, raw materials, and processes comply with both internal and external standards and regulations. As a Verification Officer, you will play a key role in verifying product quality, reviewing documentation, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes, raw materials, and finished goods to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Verify product specifications, batch records, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance and production teams to identify discrepancies or deviations from set standards and take corrective actions as needed.
• Perform product testing and sampling to validate compliance with quality requirements.
• Monitor production lines to ensure that operational procedures are being followed correctly.
• Prepare and submit reports on verification findings, highlighting areas for improvement or corrective action.
• Ensure that all relevant documentation and reports are properly maintained and updated for compliance purposes.
• Support the continuous improvement process by suggesting improvements in verification procedures and overall production practices.
• Assist in the preparation for audits and inspections by regulatory bodies and clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a verification or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and documentation practices.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards, including ISO and other compliance certifications.
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and other relevant software tools.
