Job Summary:
As a waitress at our wellness-exclusive restaurant, you will be an essential part of our commitment to providing guests with a rejuvenating and well-rounded dining experience. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive top-tier service while they immerse themselves in our wellness-focused atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Service: Deliver exceptional and personalized service to guests, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our wellness philosophy and menu offerings.
• Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed in the restaurant's menu, ingredients, and preparation methods, and be able to make recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
• Table Setup and Maintenance: Set up and maintain tables to create a serene and welcoming ambience for our guests.
• Order taking and Communication: Efficiently take guest orders and communicate special dietary requests and preferences to the kitchen staff.
• Food and Beverage Service: Serve dishes and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring that all items are presented according to our wellness principles.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with guests warmly and engagingly, answering questions and providing information about the restaurant's wellness initiatives.
• Billing and Payment Handling: Process guest bills accurately and efficiently, and handle payments while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper handling of tableware, linens, and service stations.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure the smooth flow of service.
• Feedback and Improvement: Collect and relay guest feedback to the management to continually enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a waitron, preferably in a fine dining or wellness-focused establishment.
